Understanding Priority Booking
At The Hut, membership tier determines booking priority — but only for reservations made 24 or more hours in advance. Any booking made within the 24-hour window is treated as first-come, first-served for all members with no exceptions and no overrides. Here is how priority works when planning ahead:
① Highest Priority
Founders members hold the highest booking priority at The Hut. When a Founders member reserves a time slot 24 or more hours in advance, that slot is guaranteed to them. If a Gold or Last Call member has already claimed that time, their booking is automatically released and transferred to the Founders member. The affected member receives an immediate push notification and their hours are returned in full to rebook at another available time.
② Second Priority
Gold Access members hold second-tier booking priority. When a Gold member books 24 or more hours in advance, they take precedence over any Last Call Pass holder who has reserved that same slot. The Last Call member’s booking is released, they receive an immediate push notification, and the time is secured for the Gold member. Gold members do not have override authority over Founders Access members.
③ Same-Day Access
The Last Call Pass is built for athletes with flexible, on-demand schedules. Last Call members may only book on the same day as their session. This ensures Founders and Gold members always have first access to the facility when planning ahead. Within the same-day window, Last Call members can book any open slot not already claimed by a higher-priority member.
Priority booking only applies to reservations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled session. Any booking made inside the 24-hour window — regardless of membership tier — is strictly first-come, first-served. No member can displace another within this window under any circumstance.
If your booking is displaced by a higher-priority member, you will receive an immediate push notification. Your membership hours are never forfeited — they are returned automatically so you can rebook any available time slot without delay.
